Thymiopoulos “Jeunes Vignes” 2023 is a youthful and vibrant expression of Xinomavro from the organic hillside vineyards of Naoussa. Crafted by Apostolos Thymiopoulos, Greece’s master of the variety, this wine is made from younger vines and fermented with native yeasts to capture freshness and purity. It displays a bright ruby colour and expressive aromas of red cherry, strawberry, tomato leaf, and dried herbs.
The palate is medium-bodied, silky, and juicy, offering lively acidity, soft tannins, and a long finish that balances fruit and savoury notes. A perfect introduction to the elegance of Xinomavro, ideal for pairing with grilled meats, pasta, or Mediterranean dishes.
