A refined and elegant white from the sun-kissed vineyards of Puglia, the San Marzano Edda Bianco brings together a subtly layered blend dominated by Chardonnay alongside native grape varieties. Fermented and matured for around four months in French oak barrels on the fine lees with regular bâtonnage, it reveals a straw-yellow hue with golden reflections and offers an aromatic bouquet of white peach, apricot, orange blossom and gentle vanilla.
The palate opens with vibrant Mediterranean acidity, complemented by a creamy texture and a mineral-etched finish — a harmonious balance of warmth and freshness. Ideal served at 12-14 °C alongside seafood risotto, herb-crusted fish or soft fresh cheeses, this wine brings premium finesse to any table.
