Samos Solera is an exceptional sweet Muscat crafted using the traditional solera method on the island of Samos. Blending multiple vintages aged for long periods in oak barrels, it reveals a deep amber colour and intensely layered aromas of honey, caramel, dried apricots, orange peel, sweet spices and toasted nuts.
On the palate, it is rich, velvety and beautifully balanced, with vibrant acidity lifting the sweetness and carrying through to an elegant, lingering finish. A refined dessert wine that pairs effortlessly with baklava, nut-based pastries, dark chocolate desserts, aged cheeses or simply enjoyed on its own as a contemplative after-dinner treat. Serve slightly chilled, at around 12–14 °C.
