Oenops Vidiano 2022 is an elegant and characterful Greek white wine crafted from Vidiano, one of Crete’s most promising indigenous grape varieties. It opens with expressive aromas of ripe peach, apricot and pear, complemented by notes of citrus zest, white blossom, subtle herbs and a gentle mineral undertone.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied, textured and beautifully balanced, with fresh acidity supporting its ripe stone fruit flavours and creamy mouthfeel. The finish is long, refined and gently savoury, making it an excellent pairing for seafood, grilled fish, shellfish, poultry and Mediterranean cuisine. Serve chilled at 10–12 °C.
