It opens with lifted aromas of ripe peach, apricot and pear, complemented by notes of citrus blossom, fresh herbs and a subtle tropical touch.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied, vibrant and beautifully balanced, with refreshing acidity supporting its aromatic profile and silky texture. The finish is clean, aromatic and persistent, making it an excellent pairing for seafood, grilled fish, Mediterranean cuisine, Asian-inspired dishes and fresh salads. Serve well chilled at 8–10 °C.
