Mylonas PetNat Savatiano is a Greek sparkling wine made from Savatiano using the ancestral Pet-Nat method, where fermentation is completed in the bottle. Produced with minimal intervention, it highlights freshness, lively texture and the natural character of the grape.
On the nose, it shows bright aromas of green apple, citrus and subtle floral notes. The palate is light to medium-bodied with crisp acidity and a gentle, natural sparkle, delivering an energetic and refreshing profile with a clean finish. Its vibrant style makes it an excellent aperitif and a great match for seafood, salads, light appetizers and Mediterranean dishes. Serve well chilled and open carefully.
