Crafted with approximately 90% Glera and 10% Pinot Noir, the grapes are carefully vinified—white for the Glera and gently macerated for the Pinot Noir—before being blended and brought to life through a refined Charmat secondary fermentation. On the eye, it presents a delicate pale pink hue with persistent, lively bubbles.
Aromas of red currant, raspberries, rose petals and violet unfold, while the palate is fresh, savoury and crisp, finishing with subtle citrus and mineral undertones.
