Deep crimson in colour, it pleases with notes of orange peel, rhubarb, mint, and warm spices, woven with a rich herbal backbone. On the palate, it is full, rounded, and elegantly bitter — ideal in Negroni-style cocktails, or served over ice as a sophisticated aperitif.
