Manousakis Nostos Syrah is a distinctive Greek red wine from Crete, produced from Syrah grown in the winery’s estate vineyards. Shaped by the island’s warm climate and cooling influences, it offers a balanced expression that combines ripe fruit with structure and freshness.
On the nose, it shows aromas of black cherry, blackberry and plum, supported by notes of black pepper, spice and subtle herbal nuances. The palate is medium to full-bodied with smooth, well-integrated tannins and balanced acidity, leading to a rounded and persistent finish. Its expressive yet food-friendly style makes it well suited to pairing with grilled meats, lamb, barbecue dishes and Mediterranean cuisine. Serve slightly below room temperature to allow the wine to open fully.
