From the elevated vineyards of Denizli, Kuzubağ Kalecik Karası 2023/2024 showcases the purity and finesse of this native Anatolian grape variety. Grown on limestone and clay soils at around 850 metres above sea level, the grapes benefit from cool nights and long ripening periods that enhance aromatic depth and freshness. The wine presents a bright ruby colour with fragrant aromas of cherry, strawberry, violet, and gentle spice.
On the palate, it’s smooth and medium-bodied with fine tannins, lively acidity, and a soft, elegant finish full of red fruit and floral notes. Serve at 14–16 °C with lamb skewers, roasted vegetables, or Mediterranean meze.
