From the high-altitude vineyards of Denizli in southwestern Turkey, Kuzubağ Çal Karası 2024 captures the elegance and freshness of this rare native Anatolian variety. Grown on limestone-rich soils at around 850 metres above sea level, the grapes benefit from cool nights that preserve bright acidity and aromatic purity. The wine shows a luminous ruby hue with aromas of wild strawberry, sour cherry, rose petals, and gentle spice.
On the palate, it’s soft and medium-bodied with silky tannins, delicate red fruit, and a lively, refreshing finish. A vibrant and food-friendly wine, perfect with meze, grilled fish, or lightly spiced Mediterranean dishes.
