Ktima Biblia Chora Pangeon Areti White is an outstanding expression of Assyrtiko from the foothills of Mount Pangeon in Northern Greece. Crafted exclusively from organically grown Assyrtiko grapes, this elegant white wine reveals vibrant aromas of lemon, tangerine and exotic citrus zest, beautifully complemented by a pronounced mineral character and subtle floral nuances.
On the palate, it is rich and textured, combining the intensity and freshness that define great Assyrtiko. Crisp acidity and a distinctive mineral backbone lead to a long, refreshing and persistent finish. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with grilled fish, seafood, shellfish, white meats and Mediterranean dishes with light sauces. Serve chilled at 10–12 °C.
