Ktima Biblia Chora Areti Red is an exceptional expression of Agiorgitiko, showcasing the variety beyond its native Nemea region. Produced in the renowned vineyards of Pangeon in Northern Greece and matured for 12 months in new French oak barrels, this limited-production wine reveals intense aromas of wild cherry, cherry marmalade and mulberry, beautifully intertwined with notes of vanilla, cedar, chocolate and sweet spices.
On the palate, it is full-bodied, rich and beautifully structured, offering silky yet powerful tannins and layers of ripe red fruit, spice and subtle oak complexity. The finish is long, elegant and persistent, making it an excellent companion for grilled lamb, beef dishes, game, rich casseroles and mature cheeses. Serve at 16–18 °C.
