KEO St. John Commandaria is a renowned, amber-hued dessert wine from Cyprus, recognized as one of the world's oldest named wine styles—its roots go back to the Crusader era. Crafted from sun-dried Xynisteri and Mavro grapes, it's meticulously aged for at least two years in oak barrels using a solera-like system. The result is a luscious, full-bodied sweet wine with complex aromas of dried fruit, warm spices, rich oak, and a hint of earthiness. Velvety on the palate, it delights with notes of raisins, caramel, and gentle spice, finishing long and luxurious—perfect alongside nutty desserts or strong cheese platters.
