Kayra Buzbag Okuzgozu Bogazkere is a classic Anatolian red wine blending two of Turkey’s most celebrated native grapes: Okuzgozu, known for its bright acidity and red fruit character, and Bogazkere, valued for its structure, tannins, and depth. Together, they create a harmonious and expressive wine that showcases the heritage of Eastern Anatolia.
It displays a deep ruby colour and opens with aromas of red cherries, blackberries, plums, and subtle hints of spice and dried herbs. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, offering a balanced combination of lively acidity from Okuzgozu and firm yet smooth tannins from Bogazkere. The finish is long and refined, with lingering notes of dark fruit and gentle spice.
Perfect with grilled meats, lamb dishes, kebabs, tomato-based pastas, aged cheeses, or as a versatile everyday red for Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine.
