Kavaklidere Altin Kopuk Brut is a refined Turkish sparkling wine crafted mainly from Emir grapes grown in the volcanic soils of Cappadocia. Known as Turkey’s first natural sparkling wine, it undergoes a secondary fermentation in tank (Charmat Method), producing fine, persistent bubbles and a lively, elegant mousse.
It shows a pale straw-yellow colour with continuous sparkle and offers aromas of green apple, pear, citrus, and delicate floral notes, complemented by a subtle mineral character. On the palate, it is light-bodied and refreshing, supported by crisp acidity and a clean, bright finish with hints of citrus and orchard fruit.
Perfect as an aperitif, or paired with seafood, fresh salads, grilled vegetables, and soft cheeses, making it ideal both for celebrations and everyday enjoyment.
