Kavaklidere Altin Kopuk Brut is a refined sparkling wine crafted from Emir grapes grown in the volcanic soils of Cappadocia, making it Turkey’s first natural sparkling wine. Produced using the Charmat Method, it develops fine, persistent bubbles and a lively, elegant mousse that highlights its fresh, fruit-driven character.
The wine shows a pale straw-yellow colour with continuous sparkle and offers aromas of green apple, citrus, pear, and delicate floral notes, supported by subtle mineral undertones. On the palate, it is light-bodied, crisp, and refreshing, with bright acidity and a clean finish featuring hints of citrus zest and orchard fruit.
