Idaia “Ocean” Thrapsathiri is a fresh and expressive Greek white wine crafted in Crete, inspired by the island’s maritime climate. It opens with vibrant aromas of lemon zest, green apple and white peach, complemented by notes of sea breeze, white flowers and subtle herbal nuances.
On the palate, it is crisp, light to medium-bodied and beautifully refreshing, with bright acidity and a clean mineral backbone leading to a lively, saline-tinged finish. Elegant and easy-drinking, this wine is an excellent match for seafood, grilled fish, shellfish, Mediterranean salads and light mezze dishes. Serve well chilled at 8–10 °C.
