Gaia Wild Ferment Moschofilero is one of Greece's most distinctive and innovative white wines, produced from the aromatic Moschofilero grape in the high-altitude vineyards of Mantinia, Peloponnese. Fermented with indigenous wild yeasts, this expressive wine showcases intense aromas of rose petals, jasmine and citrus blossom, alongside notes of lychee, bergamot and fresh lemon zest.
On the palate, it is vibrant, crisp and beautifully textured, combining refreshing acidity with delicate floral and citrus flavours. The use of wild fermentation adds extra complexity and depth, leading to a long, elegant and mineral-driven finish. A superb companion to seafood, sushi, Mediterranean salads, grilled vegetables and soft cheeses. Serve chilled at 8–10 °C.
