Estate Argyros Cuvee Monsignori is one of the finest expressions of Assyrtiko and a true icon of Santorini. Produced exclusively from ungrafted vines over 200 years old, this exceptional wine showcases the remarkable character of Santorini's volcanic terroir. The nose is intense and complex, revealing aromas of lemon zest, grapefruit, white peach and citrus blossom, beautifully layered with smoky flint and pronounced mineral notes.
On the palate, it is powerful yet perfectly balanced, combining concentrated fruit with razor-sharp acidity and a distinctive saline character. Rich, textured and incredibly age-worthy, the wine culminates in a long, mineral-driven and persistent finish that has made Cuvee Monsignori one of Greece's most sought-after white wines.
