Produced using the traditional method, it reveals elegant aromas of lemon zest, green apple, white peach and red berries, layered with delicate notes of brioche, toasted almond and subtle mineral nuances.
On the palate, it is precise, dry and beautifully structured, with vibrant acidity, fine mousse and exceptional balance. The finish is long, crisp and mineral-driven, reflecting the wine’s cool-climate origins and extended ageing.
