Doluca Sarafin Merlot is a refined Turkish red wine produced from carefully selected Merlot grapes grown in Doluca’s Sarafin vineyards. It offers a smooth yet structured expression of the variety, balancing ripe fruit character with elegance and depth.
The nose reveals aromas of plum, black cherry and red berries, supported by subtle notes of spice and gentle oak influence. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with rounded tannins and balanced acidity, leading to a soft, persistent finish. Its supple structure makes it well suited to pairing with grilled meats, lamb dishes, pasta with rich sauces and Mediterranean cuisine. Serve slightly below room temperature to allow the wine to open fully.
