This 2020 vintage of Bellavista Scala Brut delivers the hallmark elegance of the Franciacorta region with a refined and poised structure. Crafted by Bellavista from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes, the wine is meticulously grown on the estate’s hillside vineyards, hand-harvested and vinified using traditional bottle fermentation. In the glass it presents a pale straw-yellow colour with subtle golden reflections and a fine, persistent mousse.
The bouquet offers nuanced aromas of mature orchard fruit—white peach and Golden Delicious apple—layered with brioche, toasted almond and citrus peel. The palate is creamy yet lithe, refreshing acidity and a mineral thread underpinning the texture, with an elegant finish that lingers.
