From the prestigious hillside vineyards of Bellavista in the heart of Italy’s Franciacorta region, the Satèn Brut 2019 is a graceful and refined sparkling wine created exclusively from 100 % Chardonnay grapes grown in high-altitude plots. Aged for more than 30 months on the lees, it reveals a delicate straw-yellow hue with a fine and persistent mousse. On the nose, elegant aromas of white peach, almond blossom, citrus zest and brioche unfold in soft layers.
The palate is creamy yet fresh, with a smooth texture and vibrant acidity, finishing with subtle minerality and a lingering after-taste of hazelnut and honey-comb. Ideal served chilled at 8-10 °C alongside oysters, fresh crab or soft cheeses, this wine is the very embodiment of Italian finesse and sparkling elegance.
