Arak Brun is Lebanon’s most celebrated arak, distilled since 1868 from estate-grown Obeidi and Cinsault grapes and blended with hand-harvested green anise. It is triple-distilled in copper alembics and aged in clay jars for at least 12 months, resulting in a beautifully smooth and aromatic spirit. Crystal-clear when neat, it louches to a milky white with water, revealing rich aromas of licorice, Mediterranean herbs, and a clean, refreshing finish. Perfect as an aperitif or in cocktails, it brilliantly complements Mediterranean cuisine.
