Complex, smooth and beautifully rounded, the palate reveals layers of dried apricot, vanilla, toasted oak and honey, complemented by notes of caramel, sweet spices and roasted nuts. Its velvety texture leads to a long, warming finish with delicate hints of dried fruit and gentle oak spice. Best enjoyed neat in a tulip-shaped glass to appreciate its depth and character, or paired with dark chocolate, aged cheeses and premium Mediterranean charcuterie.
