Anatolikos Organic “Natural Orange” Assyrtiko-Malagouzia is a distinctive and expressive Greek orange wine crafted from Assyrtiko and Malagouzia using organic grapes and minimal intervention. Fermented with extended skin contact, it reveals complex aromas of dried apricot, orange peel, ripe stone fruit and herbal tea, layered with subtle notes of spice and wildflowers.
On the palate, it is textured, dry and beautifully structured, with gentle tannins, vibrant acidity and impressive depth. The finish is long, savoury and slightly grippy, making it an excellent match for roasted vegetables, mushroom dishes, Middle Eastern cuisine, aged cheeses or adventurous food pairings. Serve slightly chilled at 10–12 °C.
