Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel, it yields a pale salmon hue with fragrant aromas of peach, strawberry, rose petal, and a subtle mineral undertone.
On the palate, it’s crisp and vibrant, with delicate red-berry flavours, refreshing acidity, and a clean, lingering finish. Perfect as an aperitif, or paired with grilled vegetables, light salads, or seafood in Mediterranean style.
