Alpha One is the flagship red selection from Alpha Estate, produced in the Amyndeon (Florina) plateau at high altitude. Crafted from the estate’s best barrels each vintage, the blend typically features top-quality varieties such as Xinomavro, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It shows an intensive ruby-garnet colour, aromas of ripe dark fruit (black cherry, cassis), spice, leather and subtle oak.
On the palate it is full-bodied, with firm yet refined tannins, balanced acidity, impressive structure and an elegant long finish. Ideal with rich grilled meats, game or mature cheeses.
