Alois Lageder Pinot Noir “Krafus” is an elegant and expressive Italian red wine from Alto Adige, crafted from high-altitude vineyards that favour finesse and purity. It opens with refined aromas of wild strawberry, red cherry and raspberry, layered with notes of rose petals, subtle spice, forest floor and a gentle mineral undertone.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied, silky and beautifully balanced, with fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity enhancing its precision and length. The finish is long, savoury and graceful, making it an excellent pairing for roasted poultry, duck, veal, mushroom-based dishes and refined Mediterranean cuisine. Serve at 14–16 °C.
