It opens with fresh aromas of ripe pear, yellow apple and citrus peel, complemented by subtle notes of white flowers, almond and gentle mineral nuances.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied, precise and beautifully balanced, with crisp acidity supporting its pure fruit character and textured mouthfeel. The finish is clean, fresh and persistent, making it an excellent pairing for seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, light pasta dishes and soft cheeses. Serve well chilled at 8–10 °C.
