This Watermelon Basil Spritz is a Casa Mediterra–friendly twist on a summer classic, made only with ingredients you actually offer: Mediterranean wine, citrus and herbs.


🍹 What You Need

  • 90 ml Prosecco (veya beyaz şarap: Gavi / Pinot Grigio)

  • 80–100 g fresh watermelon, blended or muddled

  • 10–15 ml fresh lime juice

  • Fresh basil leaves

  • Soda water

  • Ice


🧊 How to Mix It

  1. Blend or muddle fresh watermelon until you get a smooth puree.

  2. Strain into a wine glass filled with ice.

  3. Add lime juice.

  4. Pour Prosecco gently over the top.

  5. Add a splash of soda water for extra freshness.

  6. Garnish with fresh basil and a small watermelon slice.
